Fountain Construction Underway at Clarksburg Premium Outlets

We don't take on many jobs like this one. Simon Properties - the largest owner of shopping malls and premier retail destinations in the entire country - brought us in to get the fountain at Clarksburg Premium Outlets up and running. That's not something we take lightly.

Here's what we were working with - a large-scale, multi-tiered fountain basin set right at the base of the main escalator entrance. Stone cladding across multiple levels, multiple jet fixtures embedded in the basin floor, and a lot of work ahead before water flows the way it should. This isn't a backyard water feature. The scope here is a completely different animal.

What goes into a job like this? Pulling up existing stone cladding, working with the underlying basin structure, properly positioning and plumbing the jet heads, and making sure everything ties back into the water management system correctly. Every piece has to be right - a commercial fountain at a property this size sees foot traffic and public visibility that leaves zero room for shortcuts.

This is the kind of work that doesn't get done well by just anyone. It takes a crew that understands how commercial fountains are built from the ground up, and how to service and reconstruct them at scale. That's exactly what we do. We're proud to be trusted with a project at this level.
