This one is nearly done - and it's shaping up to be a real showstopper. We're wrapping up the installation of a triple stacked-slate urn fountain set right at the entrance of an HOA community. Three varying-height urns, each with water bubbling out of the top, set into a natural river rock bed. It's the kind of feature that stops people in their tracks.
Here's what makes a setup like this work so well for HOA properties - it's not just decorative. A fountain at the entrance sends a clear message. It says this community is maintained, it's polished, and people here take pride in where they live. That matters a lot for property values and for the overall feel of a neighborhood.
The plumbing and pump work is where most of the heavy lifting happens on a job like this. Getting the water flow balanced across three separate urns so they all perform correctly takes real attention to detail. Too much pressure and it becomes a mess. Too little and it falls flat. We dial that in carefully before we ever call a job finished.
The rock bed surrounding the urns isn't just for looks either - it plays a functional role. It conceals the reservoir and plumbing below the surface while allowing water to recirculate cleanly. Low maintenance, clean appearance, and it holds up well in a high-visibility location like this. That's the kind of thinking we bring to every water feature we build.
We can't wait to show the finished result once everything is buttoned up. Features like this are a big part of what we do - from full pond construction to custom fountains built specifically for HOA entrances and common areas. Stay tuned.
